Fake Casio Edifice Watch from ebay

Name of company/service: ebay Online shopping site

Dear Sir, I ordered one casio edifice watch from ebay, against which i received it on time. But within a week it showing problems in setting the time as well as regarding the quality of product. When i take that watch to one authorized dealer of Casio, he told that this watch is fake and you was cheated by him. I am shocked after hearing this statement form him. After this i contact to ebay regarding the issue but they told that we are not in any state to entertain your complaint as you take this watch to some outside shop for checking. Please help, i want my money back, because within three months of purchase i already invested Rs 1750/- for it’s repairing.

    If you are really convinced that the casio watch is a fake, post a negative feedback on the seller’s site so that all future buyers can easily notice. This will bring the seller’s response to you. But when he does so and request you to remove the -ve feedback from his site, insist that you will do so if only he refunds the amount to you. I applied the method and also got refund even after that. But I sent back the watch to the seller which I had worn for 1 week. I told him all these, but still he is willing to receive back.
