Name of company/service: Vodafone India
I am a vodafone mobile user for last 24+ months under number 9923375993, and I was using 3G intenet on my number for last months. I was activated Plan 850 for 6 GB free on my number and I never consumed this data as per my previous bills. Whenever I was going to exceed the free data I received a sms about this and I stopped the internet usage but now in june 2012 this month my bill is showing internet usage charges of abt RS-8000. But I didnt get any sms or call about informing me that my usage has been exceeded the limit, and for same month i didnt recive any bill. The vodafone customer care also provided wrong informtion to me about the data usage.Vodafone totaly refused to take any responsibility for not sending the sms and forcing me to pay the bill.
as per Vodafone my credit was RS-4000, but while taking plan it was RS-1300 and without informing they incrsed my credit limit,
i was the dedicated Customer of Vodafone and i never compliant about any bill issue til now but now my mobile OUTGOING & INCOMING is totally stopped from last two months but till the bill is coming for every month this should be stopped.
So kindly look into this matter and rectify the bill.
