Name of company/service: Bata India Limited
This is in reference to Online Order No 10006819 dated 24/01/2011 and my subsequent Complaint No 20114165, dated 05/02/11.
The company has miserable failed in serving the customer with proper supply and also in effective communication.
I miserably fail to understand the cause of such undue delay and that too when a case of gross negligence has already occurred by them . They have already taken more than 22 days since the collection of my full payment and have yet not delivered nor are they responding to my e-mails. PLEASE HELP !!!!
