I activated an International global roaming pack for traveling to Colombia on my Postpaid Plan, Jio number 7017181312 which was activated on May 14, 2018 The pack however, never worked in Colombia and I had to face a lot of agony and distress. I was provided names of local service providers in Colombia, by Jio. Service Request number SR00000LF4GW. I demand Jio to compensate me adequately and kindly refund the money that was charged for the Global IR pack, to my Bank account through which purchase was made.
