Failure of recharge and Dedution of amount

Hi, (Please try to reach me on My personal No. : 8286902012/9833805057)

I would like to inform you that I have recharged Rs. 249 (3G Recharge) to My Airtel 3G dongle No.9987911900 on 11.02.2013. But transaction was Failed and amount was debited to My Account. I have n’t received refund for the amount. I Have recharged again with Same amount and transaction was Succesfuly processed but I still didn’t Receive Amount in My dongle. For the default of service I have lost a lot to My Work and My work has been stucked due to Non-availability of Interante. Iam very Frustrated for your Service . Please reply When and how will I get Rs. 249 +249 (Rs. 498 ).

Please reply to the mail as soon as possible . I would like to Inform you one more thing that this is not first time I have been cheated the same cases were Faced by me earlier also.
I would like to disconnect all my connection with Airtel , but before this I Want my Money back.
Your call center is worst in all sense, actually you people are worst , When I call to your call center they say sir recharge has not been processed to your account . Is that a reply expected from Call center , I also know recharge is not processed so that I have called to you people. They don’t have any more information.
Please consider the matter and reply back.
Iam thinking to go for Consumer Forum because I have faced a Crucial problem due to your Fault.
