THIS IS AN ONLINE PORTAL FOR SENDING GIFTS AN CAKES TO YOUR DEAR ONES CALLED GIFTS TO INDIA AND THEIR WEBSITE IS www.Gifts-To-India.Com I HAD PLACE AN ORDER FOR A CAKE and paid the amount of 570 through my hdfc dedit card TO BE DELIVERED IN RADHANPUR PATAN DIST THEY ASSURED ME DELIVERY ON THE NEXT DAY ITSELF BUT THEY DIDN’T. THEY have ruinrd the whole birthday of my nephew . After continuously taking follow up on phone on their helpline no i.e 03344067795 I was assured till the evening that the cake would be delivered. But now when I am asking for refund they asking saying it would be refunded only after 10 to 15 working days.why should I wait for the refund when it is not my mistake but theirs they have cancelled the order not me.
