I applied for new broad band connection from YOU BroadBand their executive LOKESH SE/CP Code BE02012 collect payment of Rs. 2430/- in cash from me on 12/06/2012 & commit i will get connection in next 2 working days after 3 days I checked with his Team Manager MOHMAD he commit in another one day time they will provide connection, daliy i m following up for connection on Tuesday 19/06/2012 their Technician DATTA said they are unable to provide connection tomorrow on 20.06.2012 their executive will refund my deposit till then now no one is picking my phone i m in deep trouble so requested your promt action.
