Facing Battery Problem

Name of company/service: Bajaj Auto/ GSM Bajaj

Dear Sir

I have purchase the Bajaj Pulsar 135cc bike in last year. But last 2-3 months I am facing the its battery problem (According to Battery (Exid Battery) dealer- GSM agency have used 5 months old battery in the bike, so We will not accepted your warranty and According to GSM Agency Battery is in Warranty), I have already complain in GSM Auto agency but they are not care about that.

So Iam request to you sir pls solve my problem.
