Extremely Poor Operations & Customer Support

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I went in for Tata Docomo connection in March but the SIM cards I received were incorrect and the numbers were not activated. I followed up with customer support for more than a month and had to visit the service center multiple times to figure out this issue. Then more times to get the issue resolved. Every time they said that the issue will be resolved the next day. I do not know how they can shamelessly & blatantly lie about this to the same customer day after day when they have not even figured the issue. Finally I got the SIMs activated end of April. In May I received the bill that included the full month charges of April. I filed a complaint with their customer service. Till date I have raised complaints multiple times. Once I raise a complaint I receive a call from the customer support (I know coz I know the number from which they call). They do not speak and in a sec it is gets disconnected. You cannot even call them back. After few days I get a message that they could not reach me and the issue is closed. Such SUCKING service in this age of the customer is unacceptable.
I am frustrated and am going for a MNP soon.
