Hi, I have been touch with the TATA Sky contact center since the 12th of Feb for a shifting request with in the city. The date of shift requested was the 27th of Feb, 2011. It didn’t happen that day and I have been calling the call center asking for the status there after. Today is day 9 of the initial request. All I get are calls from Hyd asking me if an engineer has called. I’m amazed by the fact that the company cannot gather the intelligence of their own work force, nor understand their helplessness in find out the status. I have written to their CCO and the Nodal desk yesterday, let see if that makes a diffrence.
