Hi,
I purchased sim card (9742964595)from Vodafone on 26th Apr 2012 and choose TOPUP Plan of Rs. 67 for STD plan 1ps/2sec. Initially I got this offer, but don’t know from when the charged me 2ps/3sec. Although my validity of this plan is for 2 monts i.e. 26th June 2012. I called Vodafone customer care on 198 and trying to raise the complent. But I got different answers from different executive. When I ask them to escalate to higer authority, they kept me on hold for long time and after that call gets disconnected. I called on 23rd June ones and 8-10 times on 24th June. The issue is still not resolved.
I want my deducted money back and charge them good fine for this good???????? -:) service. So that they can serve in better way.
