Name of company/service: tikona-digital network
I had a internet connection of Tikona on 12th of July.So i was charged by Rs.2300/- by company which include Rs.1000/- for installation charges,Rs.999/- for Plan pack(unlimited plan). and rest was for Tax’s.
But these People generate a Bill of Rs.524/- from 12th July to 25th August of 18 GB usage.
This bill does not make any sense to me.Because i have already paid for plan so what is this bill so far?
Also i applied for Disconnection on 7th August but these People said that i have to pay this bill for disconnection otherwise it will charge with fine of Rs.100/- per day from due Date of 13 August.
Actually on 31th July i submit a request of shifting the connection But till 4-5 days these People does not make any contact to me.After the contact these People said only False Statement that we send our technical engineer for installation But did not do that.Make my call on wait in customer care if i called.so i made a request of disconnection.
The area where i have been shifted here not service of tikona so according to customer Response Policy these People should told me.but did not do that.
so i called there technical engineer personally then he told me the situation that we(tikona) does not have connection here.
Still at that time i have no response on my complain.
And made me Round and Round.
CALL me for deposition of Bill.
Please Help me from this Problem As Soon as Possible or have any Solution for this problem.
