I bought a mobile and had given it last month for service at croma under extended warranty period(given on 20/5/12)still now i have not got it repaired .once they called me to collect it but to my surprise it was not repaired.at all…..then i started making customer complaints but nothing is happening other than some calls from store and service area.Today i have registered my 10thcomplaint.details….53 days over and counting….
