Dear Madam/Sir,
We purchased a Baby Cloth washing machine for our new born Baby.After this we have changed the mind and want to take another product from Just Born Retail Shop in exchange to washing machine. But they denied the same. On the bill it was mentioned “No Exchange without Bill. No Cash Refunds”. They didn’t mention any terms and conditions on the bill and I asked for exchange within 3 to 4 days of the purchase made.What does the law say is there a provision that I can go for exchange. Kindly Do the needful
