I had purchased a LCD of Toshiba India 32 on 15th August 2011 under warranty. During the warranted period it was reported to the company that the LCD was not in working order then after repeated request the they replaced my LCD with New one. But the model was different (lower) from the original one. Further I had made complaint for this on line. A written letter by speed post and by fax has also been sent at its Gurgaon Office. But nothing is heard in response. But they are not taking care of that and also do not want to reply of my any request made to them online.
Through you I want to make a request to the company for replacing my LCD with the model for which I had paid.
