Name of company/service: MTNL- sector-6, dwarka
This is regarding the worst organisation in the telecom world which is harrassing thousand of customers everyday. it has been 1 month since i took a new broadband connnection of MTNL.within 5 days my internet stopped working. since then i have logded around 10-12 written and telephonic complains. But no action has been taken in this MTNL SECTOR-6 TELEPHONE EXCHANGE. The S.D.O- Mr. AK. Singhhas terrible behaviour towards the customers and is negligent and unintrested to even listen to someone in need and suffering even after paying the amounts asked for. I hereby request this forum to take action against this organisation And kindly help me out.
