We had received the bill for the period of 06/03/13 on April 13 or 14 2013 with bill no 0177978827 for the mobile no-8826970513..But have not find the detail of bill.In the mean while i had talk to many representatives for the payment.But they had charged more internet charges.I request them all the time to way off the internet charges because we haven’t use them.Vodafone agreed to wave off the internet charges but never send the amended bill. Secondly they had closed the above said no from last 2 month.(approx) now they are also asking for the rental & late fee for the month when they had closed my number.i had shifted the above said no from Airtel & it is with me from last approx 3 years.
please help me to sort out the problem ,i am suffering a lot.
