Excessive billing of internet although not used & repeated harassment calls to pay the bill.

Name of company/service: Vodafone

My Name is aniruddha Patil. I’m from pune region. I’ve taken vodafone postpaid connection with no 8983089891 with tech mahindra corporate plan. I’ve been facing issues since I’ve started using the vodafone service. Vodafone is always trying to rob money from their customers by some kind of bogus billing.

My current complaint is they charged me bill of Rs.6656 saying that I’ve used that much internet. But there are some flaws I’ve observed in bill.
a) The bill period is from 05.04.12 to 04.05.12, but in itemised billing its showing the usage of date 04.04.12. How come this charges came in current bill & not earlier bill?
b) as per vodafone bill’s data count, I’ve used 560 MB of 2g internet but believe me, vodafone 2g service is so pathetic, you cannot download 50 MB in single day.
c) Again I’ve crossed their credit limit hence they discontinued my outgoing service within 1 day of receiving the bill.

I decided not to pay the bill because of these unlawful & bogus charges but believe me the vodafone guys keep me calling everyday repeatedly & ask me about pay bill in very harsh language. Also sometimes they threat me that they will come to my home to collect the bill. This kind of response from vodafone ‘bill collection’ team is totally surprising & shameful. They talk like ‘money-lenders’ & I’ve stolen money from them.

I am really frustrated & surprised with kind of approach from such multinational company.

I would really like to have solution of this problem.
