I have booked an e-ticket through internet banking, as per details given below:

It is stated that I have booked only one ticket , but it is regretted to say that the railway has deducted two times amount from my bank account No. 0731001500010118
You are therefore requested to do the needful to refund the excess deducted deduction of amount Rs 132/-
