Excess Billing from Feb 2010

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

My Mobile No. is 9212285631, I am paying Rs.50 extra charges for Mobile Family Pack and availed 50 % discount in local call up to Feb 2010. Now from 2010 Tata Docomo did not give me any discount on Local charges but charge Rs-50 extra to avail Mobile Family Pack services to till date.I have raised complain three time for tata docomo customer care but every time they closed complain after a simple excuse that there is no any complain no received like 525808,530974 & 530966.When I have explained regarding my complain & asked to check my bill & give me explanation why I am not getting discount then no reply. or received reply like server is down you may get the information after 2 to 3 hours.the same incident have done several time.

Today my outgoing facility has been disconnected so from today morning ,I tried to discussed with customer care executives they are unable to do any think and hold the line to discuss with seniors and then disconnect the Phone after 10 to 15 minutes.

Now I have discussed with Mr.Sunil Kumar Senior Executive at Mohali Panjab, They listen every things and explain the discount facility has been closed and your account activated for same so you have to pay continue and there is no any refund or rebate we can provide to you.
Why not you inform us earlier,Its not a Tata Teleservices Fault it is your fault.

So, I request that please look in to the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
