sir im ashish chhabra complaining about excess billing from airtel broadband. in march their executive visited to our home and tell us a plan of 699 rs. which is unlimited and after sur charge there bill will have to 770rs around but they was send us a bill of 1400 appx. which i tell them to not pay due to excess billing and also ask for disconnect my connection but they dont and from 4 months they send us bill and force us for paying and tell us otherwise they will do bad to us and also use bad and abusive language to us one of their lady custmor care executive….and also says bad to my dead mom..and there customer care no is from which they r called me is 9717871119..please take some action please
