EXCESS BILLING

Location/place: TRIVANDRUM

Name of company/service: BSNL

I have already lodged 2 complaints to BSNL authorities reg exhorbitant billing for last 6 months to my tele no 04712433743. But so far there is no action or reply. But today there is a recorded msg in the phone that the tele connection will be disconnected if bill not paid immdtly. Pl guide me to go before consumer forum.
