Excess Bill by not activating service

Dear Concerned,
I am using Vodafone ( 99888820103) past 3 years and I was very happy with the services, but 2 months back i faced a problem.
I was using internet plan of limited 2GB data but for the unlimited usage I went to their outlet and requested the Customer Service Executive to stop the earlier plan and start the unlimited plan of Rs.499/- a month. She confirmed that your request has been confirmed and it will be done in few hours, I started using on unlimited basis.
But at the end of month I received a bill of Rs.3500/-, usually my bill was below Rs. 800/- from the day I got this number, I was amazed and visited the outlet and met the same girl for this problem she totally refused to listen the earlier conversation than I talked to phone helpline about the same but could not get any positive response than I send an Email regarding the same and got the response that it was my fault not of CSE , somehow I deposited Rs. 1000/- on the last day and talked to the another outlet but did not get any response.
Now they are calling again and again, sending mails.
They have imposed more than 5500/- after depositing Rs.1000/-.
Now their Recovery agents are calling and talking like hell by using abusive languages.
Kindly help me to get out of this.
