excess amount chraged for sms

I mm Using a vodafone postpaid connection no.8007070703 , i had activated a sms pack of rs.69 on 28th may 2012 at 11.45 am for getting 3000 sms free for my a/c via call center , but they didnt activated the same n charged me rs.1098.00 for my sms as rs.1 per sms , n my plan giving me a sms for rs.0.30 paise per sms , they started to charge by rs.1 per sms without intimeting me , i requested many time to customer care , n mailed this problem to there [email protected] , but no reply since…..
