excess amount charged for window ac

I purchased one window LG ac 1.0 ton model LWA3BR1D whose offer price was Rs.16500/- but they charged Rs.19500/-
thus they took excess amount of Rs.3000/-.
Relief of Rs.25000/- is sought as compensation for suffering mental and physical agony.
