I have enrolled in IGNOU institute Goa .

I have answered 1st year BCOM exam in June 2017 .where results were out by max October .
Till date out of 6 papers answered .only 2 are showing .and this year I had 2nd year exam which I have paid for admission and still not able answer .my time is getting wasted .
Instead of continuous reminders , several. Mail to different departments . I used to visit office every 10-15 days .they always give string excuses and send me back .I have also submitted written application still the senior in charge he says I don’t remember what it was .
Please help me out with this .
