i have e-recharged my BSNL no. 9531887755 with Rs. 300 on 02 Jun 2012 for which i should get BSNL to BSNL (local) free but i did not get any free call and BSNL is still cutting call charges for BSNL local calls. i have spoken to their customer care also but all went in vain. I spoke following customer care personnel

i have also lodged several complain to them nos are F04AN3153100, F04AN31531120 I HAVE ALSO SPOKEN TO VIJAY JENA ON 07/06/12 HE GAVE COMPLAIN NO. F07AN31536899. STILL BSNL IS CUTTTING CALL CHARGE THAT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE CUT AS PER PREVAILING RULES. PLS TAKE NECESSARRY ACTION.
