I HV faced regular basis not net connection properly last one year ,when I complain their help line always tell me repeatedly ” our engineer visit site and his charge RS 150″ .I complain why they have not treat from their end ? Today the same ,I complain ” no all chanels shown to me from 12.30pm,they told me ” we sent our engineer and his charge will be RS 150″.Why I will pay the amount day by day ? This is not my fault ,their net problems why I suffered day by day ,please help me and stop the service providers pressure me ,please help me and guided me ,which is further steps from my end .
