I was residing at Wmebley Estate wherein i have my apartment. We pay a significant amount of Rs 6300 p.m towards maintainance which includes secuirty. My car’s rear windshield was broken while parked within the complex on 27th Dec 2011. I had the same replaced at a cost of Rs 5233/-.I submitted the bill and other required documents with the maintainence agency basis initial discussions of reimbursement with their senior officers. The officials of the builder have been evading me for over 6 months now and have no intention to pay up
