I would like to bring to your notice that I Purnima Samal , ex – employee of Aakash Institute, worked from 1st Feb 2009 to 5th June 2010 have not yet received my Claimed EPF & FPS amount even after 2 years of applying.Though after asking several time to the authority I have not received any positive response from there end till date.My PF Account NO. is – JH/30402/22 under M/S ADYANT EDUCATION PVT. LTD.,1, CLUB ROAD, RANCHI.
So Please kindly look to the above said matter & take required action as sooner as possible, so that I can receive my amount, which is urgently needed.
