Name of company/service: Couto Honda-Bicholim
I had purchased a Honda Activa Scooter from Bicholim Couto Honda Showroom on 13th April 2012, After running around 450k.m I had given for 1st servicing at their own outlet at Bicholim.
After 1st free servicing next day onwards (driven around 20kms) some sound started from engine, Immadiately next day I had taken the scooter to the service station, the service advisor Mr Ashirwad told me not to worry it’s a minor problem in engine will have to take a approval from head office to do the servicing of the same, so he told me to bring the scooter after two days.
So I had shown the scooter to one of mine friends servicing station, He told me that it’s a major problem in Engine, the Crankshaft, is damaged, and also he told me that this problem only occurs when engine drives without Oil.
After two days when I had gone to the couto sercvicing station he told me to keep the scooter, once it will get ready will call u.
After that I had contacted Service Manager Mr Sudin Nayak, to take feedback abt the scooter, he has suddenly reacted on me saying that we are not having ur only one scooter for servicing , once it will got ready will call u, I asked him to give the tentative dt as I am having problem to go to office, he was not ready to give the date also.
Now its already 15days have been passed.
Sir I am from a poor fly, taken loan and purchase the scooter for mine sister.
