end user license agreement

I have purchased micromax w900 on 5.11.12 by snapdeal online and the product is delivered by Spinal Tradescom pvt limited. Map my India end user agreement provided is obselute one and currently it is not available. Further T-Flash card is not available with the packing. Kindly arrange for suitable solution from snapdeal.
