I had applied for MHADA lottery 2012 and deposited an amount of 25000 to in MHADA’s Axis bank account.I did not win any home though my form was selected for the lottery but I haven’t yet received my EMD.The names of lottery winners were announced on 31st May,2012 and it has been more than 2 months.I do not know where to lodge a complaint.
