Dear Sir/ Madam,
For the past 9 months the electrical supply to our building has been erratic. We are getting supply through one phase only and that has insufficent voltage. Due to this all our electiacal and electronic applicances are damaged continously. Our repeated complaint to the EB Board has been attended with temporary, qucik-fix solution that would not last for few days. The incoming cable to our building is found faulty and it requires replacement. Hence we request you to intervene and provide us a permanent solution.
