Its been extremely pathetic situation in Chennai Kilkattalai PO, Pin 600117.Though the authorized Load shedding has been reduced from 2 hrs to 1 hr,but the unauthorized cuts has increased nearly to 3 hrs per day. In a Normal day there is a huge voltage fluctuation because of which my refrigerator has to be replaced with a new one inspite of stabilizer on, which in turn had costed me 20k, and a very classic customer service comes from the elec dept whenever the unscheduled cuts happens no one bothers to even respond to a call, for the reason. Can there be a better service, atleast for the money consumer pays for? Please change.
