Name of company/service: KESCO
We residents of Kanpur do not get electric supply for 24 hour. There is no scheduled Power Cuts, without notice power goes for hours together irrespective of summer or winter. Every now & then there is breakdown & power cut continues for days together. We regularly pay our bills then why do not we get the good service from KESCO? Consumer forum should look in to this matter & force KESCO to provide electricity to their consumers for 24 hours.
