i purchaed ca video classes from ebay seller under 30day buyer protection ebay scheme thru paisapay for 8500rs.
i was cheated as the classes were incomplete, 3yrs old, and not as described nd d biggest fraud is d seller had given his fake address
i shippd d parcel to seller after 3 days of receving it and called seller, he said the address is fake nd d parcel will return to u nd thts what happened..
i had raised a claim on ebay no.95977
for refund of my 8500rs nd i expected communication from ebay
instead after 17 days i got a mail from ebay saying no refunds nd d case is closed…
and i m constantly calling ebay toll number asking to talk to thier refund manager
they say he will call u in 10 minutes but never calls..
please help
