eBay is very secure for buyers as everyone know. This is the place where sellers can not cheat as they did not get money until buyer accept the receipt of the product. In this case courier co. Or buyer can still have a chance to do wrong. And you have got the full refund from eBay leaving the seller with the china phone in replacement of the original one. So complaining someone without your loss is ridiculous.
