Sir/Madam I purchase a electronic tablet from eBay (model no NXG Xtab A10 3G Tablet Phone) by paying Rs 9,171(discount prize) on 8 October 2012 and i received it on 13 October from the day i received i had problems with my tablet.I applied replacement warranty from eBay and i was told to ship the tablet back to the seller in Pune and i was told told i will be refunded the shipping costs for shipping tablet to Pune by eBay.My claim period deadline was 4 of November since i was not in town i spoke to customer care on 5 November that i will be sending my tablet shipping receipt before 5 November.The seller has received my tablet and there’s no reply from his side and every time i call ebay they put me on hold for more than 5-10 minutes and cut the line i felt very bad and frustrated calling ebay spending my time from my busy schedule.
