Hi, this is Jitendra (8802504597). I booked eagle relocation company to move my home appliances from Mohali to Noida. A guy name Ramesh(9357680309) who came to take my luggage. He is the biggest liar and so far he has not given a reason why my luggage was stolen.
First they were not delivering my luggage. When I complaint then they deliver after 15days. They start abusing me in conversation saying KYA UKHAD LOGE AGAR SAMAN NAHI DELIVER KARTE HAI. The eagle has offices in Delhi and this abusive language was offered to me from one guy from their head office. Initially I paid 90% of my total payment and that’s the reason they were kind of blackmailing me. Now once they deliver there are so much luggage missing. Gas cylinder, some furniture and a few small items. The eagle is worst packers movers. They are totally CHOR.
Now I am not sure how do I get my luggage back. Planning to go to consumer court. These kind of people should get punished. But this is india here Murderer n terrorist also get benefit but I will fight for this will not let this go just like this.
This company is totally fraud.if you ask them to prepare actual bill, they will say SIR LOST HO JAYEGA.APP FRAUD BILL BANWA LO.
