Myself Sreekanth, I did an online shopping with website “svaiza.com” on 29-Mar-13.
I registered with Rs.699/- to svaiza.com hoping to win in an online contest, which I didnt win and i was given a credit of Rs.699/- only to shop items from the website.
I ordered for 2 items:
1. Watch (Chhota Bheem kids watch)
2. T-Shirt (size “L”)
However, I received the aforesaid items by courier on 16-Apr-13 with the following faults:
Watch: Different piece to what I ordered that too in a broken condition.
T-Shirt: Size S instead of size L.
I contacted the customer care only to know that I need to courier the products back to them and i should bear all the charges which will be again credited back to my account in svaiza.com for which i must again order some items.
This is cheating and theft on day light.
