   Dear Sir,

   I have purchased one container of Clinic Plus Shampoo from my local market at Saurabh Vihar, Badarpur, New Delhi – 110044. but unfortunately shopkeeper gave me one manupulated container which i enclosed with this letter. I also enclosed container immage and copy of Bill. Today I also registered a complaint for the same with your customer care unit. My complain No. is 1000547492 dt. 15-06-2012. Your executive told me that keep that container in unused condition up to next 48 hours. and our team will contact you.

   I am surprised that how it possible. ? I bleve that Unilever as a reputed company and I request you if any one found guilty with this matter should be punish.
