I had taken a connection (1013097140) on February,2008 with South Pack. Recently they droped 3 channels out of 7 and when I asked them to cancell the subscription and refund the balance amount, the voice agent informed me that no refund is allowed and wait till the recharge amount exhaust. ie: about 3 months without the service? If the customer is not satisfied with the service, they should refund the amount immediately and close the said account. this is some kind of dadagiri from the part of tatasky management. Pleas help.
