Don’t give service. my HD box is in warranty period.

I am a consumer of reliance digital t.v. bearing set top box no.-200568059090. I installed a reliance digital t.v. HD set top box on June 2012. It does not worked from 18/07/2012.I contact several times to the customer care. They told that they solved the problem as early as possible. They took three complains from me. The complains no. are 183701340,183815124,184040069. When I asked them for my problem they told that their engineer came to my place and solved my problem. But no one came and nothing is changed. They said their system showed my problem is solved. My system is still out of order. I don’t get any service last 20 days.What action now i have to take?Please advice.
