Name of company/service: micromax mobile


i bought micromax mobile on 14.09.2011. on 07.06.12 i deposited my phone to the service centre for non charging. there are not a single mark on the display but they said its damage so it can not covered in guarantee. i compalaint to the Bussiness head Ajay Sharm but not getting any response. i paid what they asked and when i get the phone after repairing it is still not in 100%satisfactory condition. After complaint to the head Ajay Sharma still not getting any response. And this is the first company i have seen where there are no email address of the MD RAJESH AGARWAL, RAHUL SHARMA. CEO DEPPAK MEHROTRA exist. This company is making fool of the customer. After paying the money they are repairing phones with the fauled material. i request everybody avoid micromax. they just selling there product and not interested in services. i visited to the service centre and there i saw that the service centre is making fool of the people. They are depending on company’s feedback even after the set is in guarntee. Micromax is realy making fool of the people.
