hi,

i bought micromax mobile on 14.09.2011. on 07.06.12 i deposited my phone to the service centre for non charging. there are not a single mark on the display but they said its damage so it can not covered in guarantee. i compalaint to the Bussiness head Ajay Sharm but not getting any response. i paid what they asked and when i get the phone after repairing it is still not in 100%satisfactory condition. After complaint to the head Ajay Sharma still not getting any response. And this is the first company i have seen where there are no email address of the MD RAJESH AGARWAL, RAHUL SHARMA. CEO DEPPAK MEHROTRA exist. This company is making fool of the customer. After paying the money they are repairing phones with the fauled material. i request everybody avoid micromax. they just selling there product and not interested in services. i visited to the service centre and there i saw that the service centre is making fool of the people. They are depending on company’s feedback even after the set is in guarntee. Micromax is realy making fool of the people.

    I bought Funbook online. The offer said Tata photon with 2GB data for Rs.500/-is bundled with it. No other data card will work on it. But I am told by Tata photon people, that Micromax has to register the Funbook prod.iD with them. I have been calling micromax cust centre every twice since last twenty days and after 10 days learnt they keyed in a wrong prod.id Number. Now 20 days are over, the mistake by them is not rectified, No reply to emails. I am not able to connect to internet. Their customer service center simply won’t help. I doubt, they did some fraud with my prod.Id to get tata photon connection for themselves free. There is no way to reach senior managment. I am approaching consumer court for the cheating and insensitive customer complaints.

    Saare customers jo bhi micromax ki service se preshaan hain sabhi consumer court mein complaint kro jaldi se jaldi taa ki aur log bach ske iss FROUD Company se. Claim for double the cost of your handset..

    I too have a problem with my Micromax A87 bought recently.
    The Micromax site does not have the names of the management team nor their contact Numbers.

    Yes.. its true… Please don’t buy Micromax Gadgets. They are just selling the faulty Phone/funbooks/Tablets and not giving proper after sales services. The company is fooling people. I have deposited my phone(A100) at virar (west) check point on 22nd April’13 for unable to charge. My phone is under warranty period then also they charged me Rs.350/- saying that the battery socket is damaged and it is not under warranty. I was not provided with any official receipt of same.
    Then again the charging problem occourred on 28th April. I again showed it to service center. They repaired it and gave me on 30th April. Still the problem was not solved. I against gave it to service center on 03/05/2013 . They told me that there is problem with motherboard. It will be replaced by new one & provided me Jobsheet no. is- W030437-0513-3620034.Till date i have visited around 25-30 times to service station but they are saying the new motherboard is not yet received from company, The motherboard is out of stock.
    If the motherboard is out of stock in the company then why they are selling Mobile phones. How is it possible that they don’t have stock. I am really frustrated. I wasted my money by purchasing such a phone. This company is fraud.

    PLEASE DON’T BUY MICROMAX…

I tottaly agree with Amruta Service center and its personell’s are at pathectic condition they dont even see the problems and charge you like anything..I my self deposited my handset at Mirroad East -LCD panel problem. Its been more than a month since I am getting a pathetic reply..Material Out of stock.

    In true sense….Never go for Cheap phone…they will make your life Cheap…

    Dear Sir,
    We bought Micromax Mobile Smart Canvas Power A-96 Black purchase on 22nd June 2014 against Bill No. BLU/493/14-15, Batch: 911353350131216, from M/s. BLU Mobile as they told Authorized Distributors. But since day one I have problem for slow movement and gets stuck every now and then, I informed your authorized (M/s. BLU Mobile )dealer in Bangalore but he did not give proper response and solution and after few calls he now not taking calls then I called Service centre M/s. Micromax Care Point No-405, Rank Park, Apartment, Richmond Circle, Lalbagh Road, Bangalore-560027 they are not picking the call (+918049178077.) There is no response from Distributor or Service Centre . Sir, When I bought A-121 model one week back purchase from near my residence that set is excellent. so that I bought one more set I ask particular A121 model but he told (M/s. BLU Mobile )that model is closed take this model(A-96). So how do you expect to buy your products with this type of service. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. Please do the needful. Otherwise I will go to Consumer Court within 10.days.

  8. Have similar experience with using Micromax dongle. Apart, the behaviour of service centre employees is appalling. The best course would be to file a PIL against the company in consumer court while also informing people on social networking sites about the faulty working of the company.
