Name of company/service: Vodafone India Ltd
I’ve been suffered a lot for trying to contact customer care executive of Vodafone (Mumbai) and if calls get connected bymistakely the bloody executive hangs up the phone. The issue is company is trying to make fun of people like us and doesnt bother about our problems. Recently fools debited my balance twice for no reasons. While speaking to Mr. Sanket (so called floor coach in CC) didnt even raise a complaint after telling several times. The reason that bloody guy is giving is its your mistake that you activated scheme twice. But non sense didnt know that Im using this card from last 8 yrs.
I Request Consumer Court to please take some strict action against Vodafone so that in future general public like us should not suffer from this harrassment.
