Does not get Power Supply meter

I have get vast Experience by mahavitaran. Our meter of Electricity power supply is become fualty so I will give complaint in msbe office, they said me to pay burn meter Rs. 700/-.I have pay that charges at the date of 6 January 2012 but later on this meter is not change by mahavitaran.I ask about to Mahesh Savant who is head of office but he give me unrecognize answer.
