Documents Submitted But Not Received

Location/place: Panvel

Name of company/service: Airtel Mobile

I am Mentally Harassed By Airtel.
I have just Ported in to Airtel few days before and have submitted all valid and required documents at Airtel Relationship center ,Panvel.

Now My outgoing and Incoming Services are barred . the reason is documents are not received by airtel.

My question is after submission of required documents how my documents can not reach to you ?

is it my fault that documents are not reached to you, i have submitted in Gallary at panvel?

Why should i pay cost for mistakes done by your service representatives??

i am going to file Police complaint against airtel for misusing my documents
