Would like to bring you in concern that I have bought a sim in last week of May’12 and submitted the address proof of my son where I am staying along with the id proof of mine and my son as well to prove that he is my son. These documents have been submitted thrice but it as been rejected as name mismatch, I really don’t know what kind of law is this they are following. I want to complain against Idea for harassing there customers.
I also want to inform you that, with the same condition, I have got the new no: 9594607229 in year 2011.
My current no which has been rejected is 9594884307. I have recharged it with Rs 100 and another recharge with Rs 80 after 4-5 days after I got the no, I have used it and it got deactivated thrice. I still have near about Rs 100.
I requested them to get the no. activated or refund the balance amount but they denied stating that I have submitted the wrong documents. But, its not right, we always have submitted the correct documents to as per law.
Therefore, I request you please get my same no activated or refund my balance amount asap.
