Dear Sir,
The bank is charging a holding and retrieval charges for my original property documents where as they never intimated us in any form that the loan has been closed. It is the duty of the bank to intimate the closure and put the conditions.
Also it was the bank who wanted to keep the original and was not my wish then why should I pay for all this.
Please advice, it is not about the amount but about the correctness of policies of these organizations.
Infact I should be the one to charge them to hold my documents after I have closed my loan
